Harvey Sollberger recently resigned as Music Director of the La Jolla Symphony and Chorus after an eight year tenure (1997-2005). He remains a Distinguished Professor of Music at the University of California, San Diego.

Premieres

Spillville will be introduced May 15, 2006, by Red Cedar Chamber Music in a concert at the Cedar Rapids (IA) Museum of Art.

Performances

The Advancing Moment was presented by the New York New Music Ensemble on its fall 2005 tour in New York, NY; Salt Lake City, UT; Provo, UT; Las Vegas, NV; Sacramento, CA; and Los Angeles, CA. The work To the Spirit Unappeased and Peregrine will be heard in a December performance at the Sibelius Museum in Turku, Finland.
