There are many places that say “visit the SAI website” for a specific form. That should now be interpreted as “visit the Officer Portal” for a specific form. Some forms are now ONLY accepted as online submissions. If you do not see a form in the Officer Portal under the “Forms” or “Document Library," you may still find it under Resources/NH Link.
