PAN PIPES, the fraternity journal, was first issued in 1909 and is now published four times a year: fall, winter, spring and summer. It goes to all collegiate chapter members, alumnae who are current members of the National Alumnae Association, patronesses, Life members with current addresses, and many school libraries and music departments where we have active chapters, and many public libraries and music organizations. It carries news of important events in the field of music, chapter activities, achievements of individual members, reviews of books and recordings, and articles by well known leaders in the music field and reports about the projects, scholarships, and grants of SAI Philanthropies, Inc. The Winter issue features the annual Contemporary American Music Composers Update with premieres, publications and recordings.
