Your completed form is required to be turned in when your name badge, tickets, and credentials are received.

DELEGATE AGREEMENT AND VOTING CREDENTIALS

Chapter Delegate Agreement & Voting Credentials Form - for Alumnae and Collegiate Delegates
Alumnae and Collegiate Delegates names will be listed in the official convention program book.
Due before June 1st, 2009
Must be signed and submitted in order for collegiate chapters to receive money from National Headquarters for convention travel/expenses.

LOCATION & TRAVEL INFORMATION

|

The official hotel for the 2009 Convention will be a wonderful host with free parking, an indoor pool, attached theater, and special golf packages for spouses and non-delegates.
The Lincolnshire area is served by three airports, and AmTrak. We have also made arrangements with the YPL Company for shuttle service discounts. During the busy time of arrivals on Thursday, they will have greeters at O’Hare Airport, so be sure to make your reservations early.
