Edward Mattila




		Composers Bureau Edward Mattila Biography Edward Mattila has studied computer and electronic music at Princeton and Colgate, with degrees from the New England Conservatory and the University of Minnesota. He is currently Professor of Music Theory and Composition and Director of the Electronic Music Studio at the University of Kansas. Works for acoustic instrumental/vocal ensembles as well as electronic and mixed media have been performed throughout the country. His collaboration with the Cohan/Suzeau Dance Company has resulted in performances in Central America, Europe and the Near East.
