the Arts.
Performances
Organist Albert Ahlstrom played Quantum
Quirks of a Quick Quaint Quark No. 2, Apr. 15 and
24, 1999 at Queens (NY) Coll. In 1999, performances
at Long Island Composers Alliance events included Ballet
of the Pixilated Penguins, with Richter, piano,
and Sonata for Clarinet and Piano, with Naomi
Drucker and Richter, at the South Huntington Library,
in Hungtington, June 11; and Sonora, with clarinettists
Dennis Joseph and Ben Coleman and pianist Charles Tauber,
at New York (NY) Univ., Oct. 4. You Ju Lee presented
Sonata for Piano July 27, 1999 at the Univ. of
Georgia, in Athens. Exequy was heard at the University
of California, Fullerton, with Mary Ann Brown, piano,
Sept. 26, 1999. 1999 American Chamber Ensemble programs
at Hofstra Univ. included Drucker and Richter in Sonata
for Clarinet and Piano, Sept. 26 and Nov. 7.
