Annual American Composers Update

Ralph R. Guenther

Ralph R. Guenther makes his home in Seattle, WA. He played two flute recitals in Seattle in June 1999 with daughter Randie Sidlinger, violin, and niece Marinell Schmidt, cello, including two of his arrangements.

Performances

In June 1999, the Cantabile orchestra from Walla Walla, WA, conducted by Glenn and Kathy Spring and Benjamin Gish, toured Italy, Austria, and Switzerland with Eclogue, for string orchestra. The St. James Episcopal Church choir, led by Bea McTighe, sang Guenther's anthem Bow Down Thine Ear, O Lord, Aug. 15, 1999 in Taos, NM.
