Richard Wilson
Richard Wilson has written a new work for piano and orchestra,
to be premiered by the composer and the American Symphony
Chamber Orchestra, Leon Botstein conducting, Feb. 12,
2000 at Bard Coll. and Feb. 13, 2000 at Vassar Coll.

Transfigured Goat
and
Affirmations, with Blanca Uribe, Rolf Schulte,
Allen Blustine, Mary Ann Hart, and Richard Lalli, July
8; and
A Child's London, for speaker and chamber
orchestra, with the Vassar Coll. Orchestra, Eduardo Navega
conducting, Dec. 5. Jeffrey Lang, Dennis Smylie, William
Moersch, and the American Symphony, under Leon Botstein,
performed
Triple Concerto for Horn, Bass Clarinet,
and Marimba (a Koussevitzky commission) Mar. 17, 1999
at Avery Fisher Hall.
