Annual American Composers Update
Austin C. Lovelace
A special concert entitled "Seven Decades of Church
Music by Austin C. Lovelace" was presented August
26, 2001 at the Whatley Chapel on the Denver University
campus with the composer at the recently renovated Reuter
organ and a select alumni choir, directed by Dr. Robert
Penn, singing 15 anthems representing seven decades
of published anthems for the church.
