James Bennighof

James Bennighof's anthem Like a Child (original text), for treble choir with piano accompaniment and optional flute, was commissioned in 2002 by the Children's Choirs of First United Methodist Church of Alexandria, LA, directed by John Hutchinson.

Performances

In 2001, All Around received performances from de Profundis, directed by David Poole, in Albuquerque, NM, November 25 and December 7, and in Santa Fe, NM, December 1; and from the Alumni Chorale of Lebanon Valley College, led by Pierce Getz, in Palmyra, PA, December 8, and in Harrisburg, PA, December 9.
