"In June I was honored to be chosen 'Composer of the Year' at the Goshen (IN) College summer workshop for piano teachers. I was commissioned to write a duet which was performed on the final night recital. As a clinician, I presented three sessions during the week, one on my compositions. My newest composition will be performed on the Warner Bros. Showcase at the Music Teachers National Association National Convention in March 2004, in Kansas City, MO."

Performances

The piano duets, Gypsy Airs and Ripples, were performed at the Viterbo University Four Hand Festival, April 2003, with Professor Timothy Schoor, and again in September for the LaCrosse Area Music Teachers Association. In August, various compositions were performed at workshops throughout the mid-west.
