Jan Krzywicki’s Alchemy for solo piano was first heard in recital on September 24, 2004, at Illinois Wesleyan University, Bloomington, IL. Partita for oboe and piano is scheduled to premiere March 9, 2005, at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, with a second performance on March 14, at Temple University, Philadelphia, PA. Dancing Bears for cello, piano, and percussion, will be presented May 4-6, at the Network for New Music in Philadelphia, PA.

Performances

Starscape for solo harp was heard on the May 23, 2004, opening recital of the American Harp Society National Conference, as performed by Elizabeth Hainen, principal harpist of the Philadelphia (PA) Orchestra, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia.
