Premieres

Fantasia and Scherzo for cello ensemble was premiered by the Howard Community College Cello Choir (Columbia, MD), under the direction of Benjamin Myers.

Performances

Song of the Phoenix for solo violin was presented by Ana Milosavljevic on a recital in Carnegie Hall, New York, NY. The Peabody Camerata, directed by Gene Young, performed A Child in the House of the Storyteller for narrator and string quartet Peabody Institute, Baltimore, MD. Fantasia and Scherzo, arranged for viola ensemble, was heard in recital by the Penn State University Viola Ensemble, directed by Timothy Deighton. Fugue was performed by pianist Jon Sigurdsson at the Scandinavian Hjemkomst Festival Banquet, Concordia College, Moorhead, MN. Trio for Brass was presented by Daniel Gianola-Norris, trumpet; Jonathan Francis, horn; and Gregory Campbell, trombone; Peabody Institute, Baltimore, MD.
