Premieres

On Feb. 9, in College Park, MD, the University of Maryland Wind Ensemble, led by John Wakefield, premiered Concertante, Op. 225, for solo clarinet and wind ensemble. Brian Bowman will solo in the first performance of Three Portraits, Op. 246, for euphonium and piano, Mar. 10, 1998 at Duquesne University.
