Special music is performed by members of the Bloomington (IN) Aumnae chapter at each chapter meeting. Tempo! December 2004

Province Officer Dianne Lundeen was a guest at the September 18 meeting of the Cleveland (OH) Alumnae, at the home of Alicia Dayalu. After the ritual and an update from National Headquarters by Dianne, members wrote a second verse to "An Anthem for Sigma Alpha Iota," with musical setting by William Schlacks. Tempo! December 2005

At the September 22 meeting of Delta Epsilon (Southeast Missouri State University, Cape Girardeau), Province Officer Marty Anastasi presented the chapter with the Collegiate Achievement Award certificate; and Kodi West was presented with the Ruby Sword of Honor. Kodi's parents were in attendance. Tempo! December 2005

The April meeting of the Denver (CO) Alumnae featured Arra Katona, viola, and Martha Lobmeyer, bassoon, in Sonata for Two Bassoons by Hovhaness. Arra also performed an unaccompanied Bach suite.

A clarinet quartet made up of Detroit (MI) Alumnae chapter members performed several selections at a spring meeting. It was the first time that some of the members had ever heard a clarinet quartet. Tempo! December 2004

Hays (KS) Alumnae began the 2005-2006 year with a salad supper, with Alpha Pi members as guests.

Two members of the St. Louis (MO) Alumnae chapter presented a program in October entitled "Form and Harmony." Using analysis sheets, members enjoyed reviewing musical theory while listening to Schubert's Sonatina for Violin and Piano, Op. 137. Tempo!, May 2005

Interns from Scripps Hospitals at La Jolla and Encinitas demonstrated their work with Music Therapy and Medicine at a meeting of the San Diego County (CA) Alumnae. Tempo! December 2004

Sigma Delta (University of Illinois/Urbana-Champaign) hosted an American Musicale in honor of American Music Month. Tempo!, May 2005

A semester-ending event for the Sigma Eta (University of Redlands, Redlands, CA) chapter was Senior Commitment, where the chapter committed six sisters to life membership and wished them good luck as they traveled on to new ventures. Tempo! December 2004
