Alpha Iota (University of Oklahoma, Norman) kicked off the year with a Pool Party, Bake Sale, and a new program called "Friend-in-a-Bucket." Every two weeks each member draws another member's name from a bucket, and they get together for coffee, a movie, etc., in order to get to know one another better. Tempo! December 2005

Buffalo (NY) Alumnae held a welcome-back luncheon in September in which members enjoyed learning more about the new affiliates from the previous spring. Tempo!, May 2005

Delta Eta (Northern Arizona University) has begun a program called Adopt-an-Alum, where each sister is in contact with two or three alums and becomes acquainted with them and keeps them informed of upcoming chapter events. Tempo!, May 2005

Gamma Delta (SUNY/Potsdam, NY) held their first-ever sister retreat in the Adirondack Mountains in the fall of 2004. Tempo!, May 2005

Hays (KS) Alumnae held a salad supper in which Alpha Pi (Fort Hays State University, Hays) were guests. Area non-affiliated members were also invited to attend. Tempo!, May 2005

Lawrence (KS) Alumnae began the 2004 chapter year with a salad supper honoring the active members of Beta Beta chapter (University of Kansas, Lawrence). Tempo! December 2004

New Orleans (LA) Alumnae affiliated six new members on October 24, 2004. The ceremony was followed by a tea to introduce the chapter to prospective patronesses. Tempo!, May 2005

New York Alumnae members are delighted to be invited to support the re-activation of the NYU Beta Tau Chapter. Plans are being made for sisters from both groups to attend each other's meetings, support each other's events, and enjoy a musicale in October. Tempo! December 2005

Pontchartrain (MI) Alumnae is encouraging everyone to perform on musicales in 2005, particularly new members and those whose members who have not performed in recent years. Tempo!, May 2005

Rockford (IL) Alumnae have been working on encouraging active participation by new graduates and on recalling older members who may have dropped out for awhile. The use of a party-invitation format, combined with personal phone calls, has helped raise monthly attendance, along with a variety of musical programs. Tempo!, May 2005

Sigma Delta (University of Illinois/Urbana-Champaign) held its annual sock exchange at the end of the semester, where the active members and the 12 new MITs became better acquainted. Tempo! May 2005

Terre Haute (IN) Alumnae members learned to make rubber stamping cards which will be sent to active members on their birthdays and at Christmas time. Tempo!, May 2005
